With over 18 years’ experience in leadership, client engagement at the executive and board level and strategy development across the financial services and technology industries, Richard has been instrumental in advancing the company’s efforts in the digital financial services sector.
Prior to joining Assuro Digital Services, Richard served as Director of Strategic Partnerships at a leading cloud banking company, where he successfully expanded distribution channels and drove sustainable growth on a global scale. Bill McCabe brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as General Manager of Assuro Digital Services, drawing on extensive experience in the financial services industry, where he has held key leadership positions across various renowned institutions. Since joining Assuro as a consultant in 2022, Bill has proven his ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster growth.

Shane Jones has over 20 years of experience in managing engineering and infrastructure projects across industrial, mining, oil and gas and commercial sectors.
Shane was the founding Managing Director of Melchor and is currently the Managing Director of Firesafe, both award-winning contracting companies specialising in multiple disciplines across the construction industries.
Shane has preciously sat on several Boards including Merredin Energy, Perth Energy, Enerdrill and Aust-Asia Energy. Shane currently sits as Non-Executive Director on Assuro, Petro Australis and Hoperidge Engineering.
Head of Marketing and Customer Success
Mary Bowman joins Assuro Digital Services as Head of Marketing and Customer Success, bringing a passion for integrated strategy development and a proactive approach to her role. Prior to joining Assuro Digital Services, Mary held key positions at various SaaS companies and startups ranging from seed to expansion stages.
